Loc’d N Certified Master Loctician Program Traditional + Microloc Techniques | Hybrid Training The Loc’d N Certified Master Program is the highest level of training offered through Loc’d N Academy, designed for serious individuals ready to develop full-spectrum expertise in the art, science, and business of locs. Built upon the proprietary Loc’d N Method™, this immersive certification guides students through the five pillars of professional loctician development: Foundation Intelligence, Technical Control, Execution Mastery, Professional Authority, and Full-Scope Expertise. Students are not simply taught how to perform loc services — they are trained to assess, execute, and operate with confidence, precision, and professionalism. Students will be trained in: Hair theory & scalp health Shampooing, product use, and sanitation Client consultation, pre-care & post-care Two-strand twist starters Comb coil starters Instant locs Braid locs Retwists & retightening Interlocking (traditional & microloc) Crochet maintenance Reattachments & knot removal Weak spot repair & corrective techniques Styling fundamentals Identifying signs of internal imbalances that affect hair & scalp health All online lessons are delivered through a private student portal and include quizzes and assessments. Students must successfully complete all coursework with a minimum 80% passing rate. In addition to online training, students are required to complete two hands-on intensives, progressing from retightening services to advanced loc techniques. Certification is awarded only after both academic and hands-on requirements are met. This is a private professional certification program issued by Loc’d N Academy.
