NOTICE
At Chateau Cheree, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time we ask that you please review our booking policy before scheduling any service online please read all the details. This will help you better understand booking policies and service details.
BOOKING
When booking online be sure to read the service price quoted and all information listed to avoid price confusion when paying remaining balance after being serviced. All payments initially paid online are deposit fees only unless the client chooses to pay in full amount upfront. All prices quoted on the booking page are subject to change as each individual client may require more than one service to achieve the desired style, etc, so be sure to read carefully under service description as there should be a note stating price subject to change.
When needing to book more than one service for self please make note of it in the add message box so that the stylist can adjust their schedule for added on time. Please do not book for more than one service at a time if it is for yourself as this will charge you for multiple deposit fees.
If booking for someone else be sure to use that person's name and if both of you are coming together make note of it in the add message section.
BOOKING, PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION POLICY
PAYMENT METHOD

ALL PAYMENTS ARE CARD ONLY.

No cash or peer-to-peer payments (Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.) are accepted.

Payments are processed securely at checkout.
RETAINERS / DEPOSITS

All booking fees and deposits are RETAINERS.
-
Retainers secure time, preparation, and availability.
-
ALL RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
-
All services are time-based. Once time is reserved, the service is considered partially rendered regardless of completion status.
INSTALL SERVICES (Microlocs, Extensions, Full Installs, Large Time-Block Services)
INSTALL TIMELINE & BOOKING WINDOW

Install services must be completed within a 30–40 day window following the initial consultation.

To secure an install date within this window, clients are required to submit their install retainer no later than 15 days after the consultation.
-
Failure to submit the retainer within this timeframe may result in:

Loss of install availability

Requirement to rebook a new consultation
-
Updated pricing and availability
-
INSTALL RETAINERS
-
Install retainers are non-refundable.
-
Retainers compensate for:
-
Time reserved
-
Scheduling restrictions
-
Preparation and opportunity cost
-

Install retainers do not roll over indefinitely.
NO FREE RESCHEDULES — INSTALLS

There are NO FREE RESCHEDULES for install appointments.

If an install appointment is:
-
Cancelled
-
Rescheduled
-
Or the client is not fully prepared on the scheduled date
→ The retainer is forfeited and a NEW retainer is required to secure a new date.

CLIENT READINESS
Clients are responsible for being fully prepared on their scheduled install date, including:

Hair fully taken down (if applicable)
-
Hair clean, detangled, and free of buildup
-
All pre-service requirements met
Failure to be ready does not qualify for a refund or complimentary reschedule.
NON-INSTALL SERVICES
RESCHEDULING
-
Non-install services may be rescheduled once within a 7–14 day window, based on availability.
-
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
-
Same-day reschedules are not permitted.
CANCELLATIONS
-
Cancellation of non-install services results in forfeiture of the retainer.
-
A new retainer is required to book again.
TARDINESS
Clients have 24 hours to reschedule appointments and are graced with 10-15 minutes to be late afterwards all appointments must be rescheduled.
Last-minute cancellations will either result in future denial of services if this becomes a habit of the client or $15 re-booking fee for the next available opening.
EXTENDED CLIENT DELAYS

Delays caused by the client (including incomplete takedowns, missed prep deadlines, indecision, or lack of communication) do not pause or reset retainer terms.

Payments compensate for time reserved, not indefinite availability.
COMMUNICATION & CONSULTATION POLICY

Mondays are not operating business days.
They are reserved for immediate client needs only, such as:

Questions regarding upcoming appointments

Please communicate on Mondays wisely and respectfully.
INDECISIVE HAIR CONSULTATIONS

Excessive back-and-forth communication due to indecision, uncertainty, or repeated changes regarding hair type, size, or install method will require a paid consultation.
-
Consultation fee: $35 for 30 minutes.
-
No detailed planning, decision-making, or extended guidance is provided without a scheduled consultation.
NO-SHOW POLICY

No-shows result in:

Immediate cancellation
-
Forfeiture of all retainers
-
Requirement to rebook with a new retainer
-
PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
-
All card payments are considered authorized transactions once processed.

Chargebacks or disputes for time-based services or retained appointments are considered a violation of booking terms.

Clients who initiate chargebacks may:

Be permanently restricted from future bookings
-
Be invoiced for reversed funds, fees, and administrative costs
-
Be pursued through small claims court if necessary
-
CLIENT CONDUCT
-
Harassment, threats, repeated boundary violations, or abusive communication will result in:

Immediate termination of services
-
Forfeiture of retainers
-
No obligation to continue the client relationship

AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment and submitting payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
DISCLOSURES
Cheree Napturals is a non-negotiable business all prices and fees are final. And we appreciate those who respect and value what we have to offer. If for any reason you cannot pay in full at the time of your appointment please notify your stylist ahead of time. That way a more affordable style can be accommodated to you or possibly getting you signed up for membership so that you can take advantage of a payment plan.
