Cancellation Policy
At Cheree Napturals, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for everyone’s time, please review our updated booking policy: 1. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be applied toward the total service cost. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. 2. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. In cases of no-call, no-show or late cancellations, applicable fees will be charged to the card on file. 3. Rescheduling You may reschedule at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per service booking. A second reschedule will require an additional booking fee along with a new deposit. Clients must reschedule within 30 days of the original appointment to apply existing deposit credit. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will require a new deposit. 4. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will allow your deposit to be held as a credit, usable within 30 days. Cancellations made within: 12–24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. 1–12 hours will incur a 75% charge of the total service cost. Less than 1 hour notice or same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost. 5. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving after 15 minutes may be asked to reschedule and will incur a $15+ late fee. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. 6. No-Call, No-Show Clients who fail to show up or cancel without any notice will forfeit their deposit and be charged 100% of the total service cost to the card on file.
