Cancellation Policy

DAILY CHAIR RENTAL POLICY Chateau Cheree / Cheree Napturals Booking & Payment Daily chair rentals are paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & Client No-Shows Chair rentals are for access to space, not guaranteed clients. Client cancellations do not qualify for refunds. If notice is given 24 hours or more in advance, one courtesy reschedule may be granted at management’s discretion. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit payment. Rental Term Daily rentals are valid only for the selected date and during normal business hours. Late arrival does not extend rental time. Access outside of business hours is not permitted. Use of Space Renters must: Bring all personal tools, products, and supplies Clean and sanitize the chair and surrounding area before leaving Remove all personal items at the end of the day The following are not permitted: Subleasing or sharing chairs Permanent storage of tools or products Unauthorized walk-ins Altering or moving salon equipment Conduct & Compliance Renters are fully responsible for their clients and services. Professional conduct is required at all times. Failure to follow salon rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund. No Lease or Tenancy Chair rentals are short-term studio rentals only. This policy does not constitute a lease, tenancy, partnership, or employment relationship. Chairs are not permanently assigned. Policy Acceptance By booking a daily chair rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed above.
