Service Description
Service includes a honey milk bath soak, cuticle removal, toenail trim, callus removal with pumice stone, simple leg and foot massage, dermal mask, and a basic gel color. Designs are additional charge starting at $5+. Acrylics are $6 per toenail
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, PAYMENT, RESCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION POLICY PAYMENT METHOD All payments are card only. No cash or peer-to-peer payments (Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, etc.). Payments are processed securely at checkout. RETAINERS / DEPOSITS All booking fees and deposits are retainers. Retainers secure time, preparation, and availability and are non-refundable. All services are time-based; once time is reserved, the service is considered partially rendered regardless of completion. INSTALL SERVICES (Microlocs, Extensions, Full Installs) Install Timeline & Booking Window Install services must be completed within 30–40 days following the initial consultation. Clients must submit their install retainer no later than 15 days after the consultation to secure an install date within this window. Failure to do so may result in loss of availability, requirement to rebook a consultation, and updated pricing. Install Retainers Install retainers are non-refundable and do not roll over indefinitely. Retainers compensate for time reserved, scheduling restrictions, preparation, and opportunity cost. No Free Reschedules – Installs There are no free reschedules for install appointments. If an install is cancelled, rescheduled, or the client is not fully prepared, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer is required to book again. Client Readiness Clients must arrive fully prepared (hair taken down if applicable, clean, detangled, and free of buildup). Failure to be ready does not qualify for a refund or complimentary reschedule. NON-INSTALL SERVICES Non-install services may be rescheduled once within a 7–14 day window with at least 48 hours’ notice. Same-day reschedules are not permitted. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer and require a new booking. Tardiness Clients have up to 24 hours prior to reschedule. A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed. After this, appointments must be rescheduled. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a $15 rebooking fee or denial of future services. COMMUNICATION & CONSULTATIONS Business Hours: Tue–Fri 9am–7pm | Sat 9am–5pm. Closed Sun & Mon. Communication Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–7pm | Sat 9am–5pm. Mondays are reserved for immediate client needs only (upcoming appointments and booking inquiries). Please check the website and social platforms for temporary or seasonal changes. Excessive back-and-forth due to indecision requires a consultation ($35 / 30 minutes). No detailed planning is provided without consultation
